About this outing.

Step into the cool, dim lower montane forest as the light filters through a dense 15–30 meter canopy, where ancient figs, shrubs, and climbers support diverse birdlife.

This setting becomes the perfect space for Forest Therapy a slow, mindful sensory walk designed to reduce stress, boost immunity, and restore mental energy. Through gentle, guided invitations, you’ll engage your senses, release tension, and connect deeply with the forest’s restorative qualities.

  • Distance 5km
  • Elevation 2000m (up & down)
  • Paved trail, single-track packed dirt/gravel, some steep stairs
  • Pacing: Slow with frequent stops
  • Sun exposure: Full
  • Date: On the final Sunday of each month
  • Time: 0600-1000
