As we stroll along the shaded shoreline trails in the fresh morning light, we’ll scan the lake for kingfishers and ducks while listening to the beautiful calls of songbirds like the Rüppell’s robin-chat.
This leisurely walk is perfect for immersive birding in a peaceful forest setting. Please bring comfortable walking shoes, water, snacks, binoculars, and your curiosity!
Details: Distance 5–8km · Elevation 1200m (up & down) · Paved trail, single-track packed dirt/gravel, some steep stairs · Pacing: Slow with frequent stops · Sun exposure: Full.
